Does anyone know of any stories where teen!sam is killed (I'm primarily thinking of the Girl Next Door) while John and Dean are hunting? Optional how/if he's brought back. I have a real itch for Amy's Mom taking him out, because I'm a horrible twisted soul craving angst.
